Opłaty na niemieckich autostradach już w październiku 2020?
Oficjalnie nazywane opłatami infrastrukturalnymi (Infrastrukturabgabe) opłaty za samochody osobowe (die Pkw-Maut) na niemieckich autostradach (auf Autobahnen) jest jednym z ich prestiżowych projektów CSU, który pomimo licznych sprzeciwów (zahlreiche Widerstände) udało się przeforsować (durchboxen). W związku z tym opłaty na autostradach powinny pojawić się już w październiku 2020.
Kontrowersyjna (umstritten) opłata za samochody osobowe na niemieckich autostradach (auf deutschen Autobahnen) będą pobierane (erheben aut etwas Akk – pobierać od czegoś) od kierowców od października 2020. Umowa (der Vetrag) została podpisana 30. grudnia – relaconuje federalny minister transportu Andreas Scheuer.
Winiety (die Vignetten) mają być sprzedawane przez niemieckiego dostawcę CTS Eventimund i jego austriackiego partnera Kapsch TrafficCom.
Holandia i Austria złożyły skargę przeciwko (gegen jdn wegen etw klagen pozywać kogoś/wnieść powóztwo przeciwko komuś) wprowadzeniu (die Einführung) tej opłaty drogowej, ponieważ widzą w tym dyskryminację (die Diskriminierung) zagranicznych kierowców (ausländische Autofahrer), ponieważ wszyscy muszą płacić tę opłatę a posiadacze pojazdów mechanicznych (das Kraftfahrzeug) w Niemczech są z niej zwolnieni. Komisja Europejska jednak umorzyła proces (das Verfahren einstellen).
